Reply:I'd suggest u obtain a copy of spybot then get avast 4.7 run it

Reply:Click on 'Start' button, and click 'Run'. In the box, type 'msconfig' and press Enter.





'System Configuration utility' will start. Here, go to the 'System' tab (the last but one tab) and look for shell.exe in the list in 'Command' below. When you find it, just uncheck the tick box. Do this how many ever times you find shell.exe.





Restart the computer, it should have been solved. If not, the virus may still be there and you may need to clear it.
