How can a ct scan of my pelvic/abdomen find enometriosis in an c section scar.?

How can a ct tell the difference between a hernia and endometeiosis on the outside of the uterus at and old c section scar

How can a ct scan of my pelvic/abdomen find enometriosis in an c section scar.?
Normally a CT Scan will not show endometriosis if it's there because the tissue that is endometriosis is so thin. In order for endometriosis to show up on a CT Scan the tissue would have to be quite thick.





I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say about this.

An MD can usually feel a Hernia on exam. They have you get in a couple of different positions to help enhance so to speak, the hernia. If there, they will usually feel it immediately.
