also are you getting it at the right price compared to a straight car ?

I am required to have at least an 18 BC rating. From what I see in stores, any extinguisher that is 10 pounds or more has a 40 or 60 BC rating. Also there is no additional information on my extinguisher besides the weight.

You are right in that MOST 10 lb. ABC units will have at least a 40B:C rating, but without the label, it may be difficult to prove. Older units were rated somewhat differently.
The only other suggestion I have is to attempt to get the make and model number off of the unit and that could be used to get information from the manufacturer as to the units rating. Unfortunately, that kind of information is typically on the label as well.

Where can i find a convertor which can convert a basic to c code?
I hate to break it to you... It doesn't really exist. I hate C too, and looked many years for a Basic to C converter. I found a few VERY experimental programs over the years, but they didn't work, and were at best just for educational purposes. If you simply hate C, I'd recommend you just use Basic. Basic gets a really bad rap, especially from 'Professionals'. Being an EE, I spoke with many colleauges that thought ALL Basic's were interpreted, almost like Basic meant the same as interpreted. Whether you want to program PC's, or even Microcontrollers, there are quality Basic compilers, and the end program is usually indistinguisable from a C program. Basic is just a tool. A craftsman prefers good tools, but good tools won't make a craftsman. Personally, I love Basic, as I can concentrate on WHAT I'm doing, not how I'm going to do it.

Everything would be flatted, and somethings like E A and B would be double flatted... that's why Cb minor will always be written as B minor.

In the book they just pick a day (Sunday to be exact) to leave the house and the grandfather has been dead almost 9 months. It did not explain in the movie that Corrine had to keep her children hidden or kill them as the grandfather had it written in his will that if it was ever proven that Corrine had children by her first marriage she would have to forfeit all her money and anything bought with it. I'm writing a program using sockets.
How can I find out how long is message send to my by other computer when i caught it by recv() function.

recv() returns an int containing (1) the number of bytes read or (2) -1 if there was an error or (3) zero bytes when the other end has shutdown properly.
Strictly speaking there is no magic way of knowing what the peer is sending. The message protocol must be worked out in some meaningful way in advance. A message may end with a carriage return. Or a certain number of bytes. Or maybe there is a header with a counter telling your side how much to expect. However it is performed it must be coordinated and understood in advance by both sides.
Note that you may not receive the whole message in one recv() call. You may need to make repeated calls and store tthe results from each in a buffer somewhere until everything you expect (or need to continue processing) has been received.

recv() returns an int containing (1) the number of bytes read or (2) -1 if there was an error or (3) zero bytes when the other end has shutdown properly.
Strictly speaking there is no magic way of knowing what the peer is sending. The message protocol must be worked out in some meaningful way in advance. A message may end with a carriage return. Or a certain number of bytes. Or maybe there is a header with a counter telling your side how much to expect. However it is performed it must be coordinated and understood in advance by both sides.
Note that you may not receive the whole message in one recv() call. You may need to make repeated calls and store tthe results from each in a buffer somewhere until everything you expect (or need to continue processing) has been received.

when i had him the nurses and doctors at anehiem memorial hospital told me that they wont do it because there's no medical reasons for it. (cuz it doesnt have to be done) and my doctor is totally against it. But i feel it should be done and that later on in life my son would appreciate it more so. i dont care the cost and this is my first child so im new at all this!? That is ridiculous they told you that because of ALL the babies born at Anaheim Memorial you know most of them are probably getting circumcized somehow! Ask your OB about it (referrals) - my OB did my son's circumcision. I don't think those nurses know what they're talking about - I have never heard of a hospital not allowing them!

These are notorious for the head unit (the unit where you input cold/hot, direction, etc.) to go bad. You need to perform a diagnostic test on it. You can only get these from the dealer.

You can download Cygwin, which is a Linux environment for your PC. (This avoids the problem of having to create a dual-boot PC.) Cygwin includes the GNU compiler (GCC) and the GNU debugger (GDB) so you'll be able to compile your program.
Note that this will NOT allow you to create windows programs. It WILL allow you to create and test UNIX and LINUX programs on your PC.
You can also download a free C/C++ compiler from Bloodshed. I haven't given this much more than a cursory look-see, so I can't vouch for it.

There really aren't a lot of good guides on the internet about game programming, however the ones that do exist are amazing.
check out www.gamedev.net They always have excellent articles and are full of tutorials from beginner to advanced.
also check out gamasutra.com It's more for people who are already in the business, but it helps to see what those people are doing currently.

I'm assuming you probably don't have a very extensive background in C++ so it's going to be necessary to read up and practice with that before you jump into programming games. Once you have a grasp, go through the petzold book to get a feel for windows programming. The most important chapter probably to UNDERSTAND is chapter 3, which deals with registering and creating windows, the message loop, WNDPROC, etc.
You need to know those before you can use Direct X or Open GL otherwise it won't make much sense if you get any tutorials on that.
After you've built your basic windows/c++ programming knowledge, go through a basic book, such as the Rabin one and learn it. It's a lot of work but it's fun.

I think(again verify this info) that a lot of people are going with LLC because it gives you the advantages of a corporation, but I think you file your return for the biz on a normal 1040 form. I think an LLC gives you limited liability like a corp but doesn't require a separate tax return like a corporation.
Corporations require board members and regular meetings, etc, but the assets of certain types of corps are separate from your assets which is where the limited liability comes from.
Check with your acct and attorney for specific details.
