How do i find out if this person is a c student78,79,80,89,and 75?

the data represents student's grades during for one week: 78,79,80,89,and 75. three of the grades fall in the c range why is it misleading to say this is a c student

How do i find out if this person is a c student78,79,80,89,and 75?
Add up the scores, and divide your total by the number of scores you have:

(78 + 79 + 80 + 89 + 75)/5 = 80.2

So your imaginary student is, in actuality, a B- student. Unless, of course, the teacher is grading on a curve. Then all bets are off!
